Hi! I’m Tyner (they/them), a nonbinary and neurodivergent psychotherapist who works with teens (12+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and neurodivergence. I strive to create a warm, accepting, and collaborative space where clients feel safe showing up as themselves. I value humour, authenticity, and self-compassion in the therapy process.
I have a strong passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, including those with ADHD and Autism, as well as individuals exploring gender identity and sexuality. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, identify accommodation needs, and create meaningful lifestyle changes that support their wellbeing.
My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), somatic approaches, and anti-oppressive frameworks. I also offer structured trauma therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) for younger youth.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time in nature, attending queer community events, and cooking for my grandparents.
If this feels like a potential fit, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation to connect and learn more.

Welcome, I’m Jessie (she/her)— a therapist who values connection and authenticity in the therapeutic process. At the heart of my work is talk therapy; creating a space where you can speak openly, reflect deeply, and feel truly heard. Through conversation, we can explore what’s weighing on you, clarify what you want, and begin to make meaningful changes at your own pace. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear starting point. Just showing up as you are is enough.
For those who are interested, I also offer art therapy as a complementary approach. While talk therapy is central to our work, creative expression can help access thoughts and emotions that are harder to reach through words alone. Consider art therapy an added tool, to be used when it suits you.
I work with children (ages 8+), teens and adults, and am here to support you through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and various life transitions.
Outside of my practice, I’m a wife, a mother, and someone who enjoys jogging, camping, and attempting (with mixed results) to improve my baking. I’m also Indigenous and bring an awareness of the experiences and challenges that many First Nations individuals and communities face.
Like many people, I came to therapy at a time when I didn’t expect to need it. Taking that step felt significant, but it was also meaningful and worthwhile. Having been in the client’s seat myself, I understand how vulnerable it can feel—and I aim to offer a space where you can speak freely and feel at ease being yourself.
If you’re curious, we can explore what feels most helpful for you during a free 15-minute consultation.

Hi! I’m Catherine (she/her), a registered social worker passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover more about themselves. Whether you’re adjusting to a new baby, a diagnosis, grief, or feeling generally overwhelmed, I offer a safe, compassionate space to set down some of that weight and begin to heal.
I’ve spent years supporting adults (18+) in community mental health through domestic violence, addiction, chronic illness, and perinatal mental health. I’m especially passionate about perinatal mental health and am certified through Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Trainings. I love helping new parents navigate the “4th trimester,” easing overwhelm and building confidence during this transformative stage.
Clients describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and easy to talk to. Therapy with me is your journey—your pace, goals, and timing. You’re in the lead, and I’m your sidekick, offering insights, empathy, and sometimes gentle challenges. Together we’ll untangle what feels heavy, notice what’s not working, and find new ways to move forward so you can feel like yourself again and live with more purpose and confidence.
In addition to professional experience I bring life perspective—as a wife of 30 years, a mom of five grown kids, and someone who has faced postpartum depression. I understand the struggle and am here to walk alongside you. In my downtime, you might find me at my favourite café, gardening, at the gym, or enjoying time with family and my fur-baby.
I’m happy you’re here. Finding the right therapist for you is what matters most. Let’s start with a 15-minute consultation call so you can see if working together feels right.

Hi, I’m Samantha (she/her) - therapist, mom of two, and founder of Full Circle Psychotherapy in Fergus. I truly believe in the healing power of therapy and feel deeply grateful to do this work.
If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety spirals, overwhelmed by the mental load, or navigating the identity shift that comes with parenthood – I get it. Whether you’re struggling with burnout, depression, or the invisible weight of trying to hold it all together, you are not alone.
I offer holistic, evidence-based support for adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the perinatal period, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I am Canadian Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (CC-PMH) and as a parent myself, I understand how isolating those seasons can feel.
My foundational approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, along with elements of Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and Self-Compassion. Whether you’re looking for a structured plan or a more informal, conversational space, we’ll shape our sessions around what works best for you.
Outside of the office, you can often find me on a hiking trail, sweating it out at the gym or building countless lego towers.
I truly can’t wait to meet you. Book a free, no obligation 15 minute consultation call to get the conversation started.
