Welcome, I’m Jessie (she/her)— a therapist who values connection and authenticity in the therapeutic process. At the heart of my work is talk therapy; creating a space where you can speak openly, reflect deeply, and feel truly heard. Through conversation, we can explore what’s weighing on you, clarify what you want, and begin to make meaningful changes at your own pace. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear starting point. Just showing up as you are is enough.

For those who are interested, I also offer art therapy as a complementary approach. While talk therapy is central to our work, creative expression can help access thoughts and emotions that are harder to reach through words alone. Consider art therapy an added tool, to be used when it suits you.

I work with children (ages 8+), teens and adults, and am here to support you through grief and loss, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and various life transitions.

Outside of my practice, I’m a wife, a mother, and someone who enjoys jogging, camping, and attempting (with mixed results) to improve my baking. I’m also Indigenous and bring an awareness of the experiences and challenges that many First Nations individuals and communities face.

Like many people, I came to therapy at a time when I didn’t expect to need it. Taking that step felt significant, but it was also meaningful and worthwhile. Having been in the client’s seat myself, I understand how vulnerable it can feel—and I aim to offer a space where you can speak freely and feel at ease being yourself.

If you’re curious, we can explore what feels most helpful for you during a free 15-minute consultation.

Hi, I’m Henry (He/Him). I understand the difficulties of day-to-day life and the importance of support from those around us. I also believe that healthy relationships, which allow us to open up and be honest, can be a powerful vehicle for change and growth.

I was a social worker for six years in the UK, working with families in need, special education, and life transition teams.

My therapeutic approach is relationship-based. This means getting to know one another and creating the groundwork for mutual trust. I believe therapy should be fun and enjoyable, as well as potentially challenging. Building a relaxed and trusting relationship is an important part of helping people feel comfortable enough to grow.

My approach is also client-led, strengths-focused, and trauma-informed. I have experience incorporating family systems theory into my practice, and my work is also influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on helping people develop practical skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions while living in line with what matters most to them. Therapy may involve talk therapy, and, depending on each person’s needs and preferences, can also include art or play to build connection.

I work with children (ages 8+), teens, young adults, and adults, providing support with anxiety, depression, stress, neurodiversity, emotional dysregulation and the challenges that come with everyday life. I also provide consultations to parents of children and youth that I am working with, to help support the entire family.

When I am not working, I can usually be found working out at the gym, playing rugby, hiking, or spending time with friends and family.

I have experienced difficulties myself and started my own journey by seeking therapy. That journey has helped me a great deal, and I hope to be able to help you as much as it helped me.

If you’re interested and would like to discuss things further, please feel free to reach out and book a free 15-minute consultation.

Hi, I’m Catherine! (she/her) First and foremost, I’m simply another human being navigating this messy, beautiful life alongside you. What a ride it can be.

My own journey includes all the joy and complexity of being a wife, mom to five, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. It’s this humanness — alongside years of professional experience — that I bring to my work as a Registered Social Worker.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting adults (18+) in community mental health, with much of my work focused on supporting women through domestic violence, addiction, chronic illness, pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions. In addition to private practice, I also provide community postpartum mental health support.

I’m especially passionate about pregnancy and postpartum, and am certified through Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Trainings. I strive to provide the kind of support I once needed as a young mom: a space that feels safe, compassionate, grounding, and free from judgment. My hope is to help ease overwhelm, build confidence, and remind new parents that they don’t have to carry everything alone.

Whether you’re adjusting to a new baby, navigating grief, living with a diagnosis, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I offer a space to set some of that weight down and begin to heal.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, nonjudgmental, and easy to talk to. I see therapy as a collaborative process — your pace, your goals, your timing. You’re in the lead, and I’m alongside you offering insight, empathy, and sometimes gentle challenges. Together, we’ll untangle what feels heavy, notice patterns that may no longer be serving you, and find ways to move forward so you can feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.

My path to this work wasn’t linear, which is part of what makes it feel so meaningful to me now. I understand how isolating and overwhelming certain seasons of life can feel, and I also know the importance of feeling truly seen and supported within them.

In my downtime, you’ll find me at my favourite café with a flat white and a danish, gardening (mostly weeding!), attempting to outrun menopause at the gym, or spending time with my family and fur-baby.

I’m happy you’re here. Finding the right therapist matters, and I’d love to offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Hi, I’m Samantha (she/her) — therapist, mom of two, and founder of Full Circle Psychotherapy in Fergus.

I genuinely love what I do. There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching people move from simply surviving to actually feeling like themselves again.

If you’re caught in anxiety spirals, carrying the invisible mental load, or wondering why everyone else seems to have life figured out (spoiler: they don’t), you’re in good company.

I’m passionate about supporting people through the transition to parenthood. Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating fertility treatments, pregnant, adjusting to life postpartum, or simply wondering where you went after becoming a parent (because everyone keeps asking how the baby’s sleeping, but no one asks how you’re doing), this season can be overwhelming. You deserve support that’s focused on you, too.

As both a therapist and a mom, I know that becoming a parent can be one of life’s most meaningful—and most challenging—transitions. I’m Canadian Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (CC-PMH) and provide evidence-based support for adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and every stage of the perinatal journey.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and Self-Compassion. Whether you’re looking for practical strategies, a space to process, or a little of both, we’ll build a plan that feels right for you.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me hiking a trail, practicing what I preach at the gym, or building “one more” Lego creation with my kiddos.

I’d love to meet you. Book a free, no-obligation 15-minute consultation, and let’s see if we’re a good fit.
